E Is For ENTERTAINMENT
E is for ENTERTAINMENT
My neighbor brought his guitar outside, sat down on the stairs and started playing. Who would have guessed it, he plays well and has a fabulous voice. Soon he was the Pied Piper of children, introducing them to some wonderful old 70s tunes and even letting the kids try to play his guitar. Its nice that hes willing to share his talent with young people that way. Who knows who he might inspire?

What a great neighbor, as you know Music makes the world go round. Have a great weekend Anne
F is for Fascism! Do it!
(Okay I'll stop)
I wish more people would do that more often.
Dawn - I really like most of my neighbors. They're interesting and kind. Living here has been a real learning experience. It's a poor neighborhood, but not at all what TV would lead you to think. Yes, there are a few jerks and wierdos, but for the most part people are much friendlier than I would have expected. There's almost a sense of family in some poor neighborhoods.
Woozie - thank you for not saying F is for F**k.
Heh. ;)
I wish more people would do stuff like this man too.
Everyone should see this.. http://www.project71.com/readme Enjoyy!
greaT nEIGHbors how you been?
I miss the "sit on the front porch and visit" days. I'm from NYC but our neighborhood was a family - here in my apartment complex we nod hello in passing.
That was a good "E".
I remember growing up there was this guy on our block that could do crazy stuff with a frisbee. He'd catch it behind his back, throw it and make it come back to him, lay on his back and catch or throw it with his feet, etc.
I think he got a bigger kick out of our reactions than we did from his ability.
the good old days.

The Anonymous - looks like a good website, thanks for stopping by.
Kaylee - yep, he seems like a good guy. I've been good, how are you?
Jali - thanks. Some neighborhoods are pretty nice.
Kiyotoe - that guy sounds like fun. Yeah, it sounds like he probably enjoyed all the attention. :D
Deepak - welcome back, how are you?
I am not that well :(
Kaylee - sorry to hear you're not feeling well. :(
I tried to email you by clicking the button that says EMAIL ME on your blog, but I couldn't get it to send. It's nothing wrong with your blog, it's my stupid phone.
...well, I hope you're fine as frog's hair very soon.
Wow! I'm loving the sense of community! My six year old loves the guitar, I wish she too could have shared in such an experience....SMILE.
Hi, Lynn! Yeah, I'm lucky to have a few really nice neighbors. What if you got your daughter a cheap guitar to play around and experiment with? Christmas is coming up. :)
Great to hear from you, don't be a stranger!
